This year Active Hastings celebrates their 20th anniversary and to mark the occasion the very popular Fitness Rave will be returning on Friday 4 September, 7pm to 8.30pm at the White Rock Theatre, with some old skool rave inspired workouts. ย
Led by the fantastic Active Hastings instructors Heidi and Sarah, the Fitness Rave will bring classic rave moves to the dancefloor, guaranteed to get everyone moving. Whether youโre a regular at Active Hastings sessions or completely new, the event is open to all abilities, everyone is very welcome.ย
Early bird tickets are available now until 3 August, priced at just ยฃ4 per person, or ยฃ8 including entry and glowsticks. The Fitness Rave is open to everyone 16+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult). ย

Since their launch in 2006, Active Hastings has focused on breaking down barriers to physical activity for thousands of residents throughout Hastings, and this event is another great example of a low cost activity thatโs suitable for all adults.โย
